Plan Room Hours are 8:30 am to 12:00 pm and 1:30 pm to 4:00 pm, Monday - Friday. Call 512-467-6894 to make sure plans are available.

The MBE/WBE & Small Business Council SubCommittee meet on the 2nd Tuesday of each month to allow the business comunity to address issues regarding doing business with the City of Austin.
